Daily Bank Feeds & Credit Card Receipts
We will review, process, and post the transactions on your daily bank and credit card feeds. The credit card receipts you send will be entered and matched.

Accounts Receivable and Payable
We will review and post your customer invoices and vendor bills to ensure that Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable are right.

Bank Deposits
Customer payments, including cash and checks, will be matched to bank deposits and posted. Non-customer payments will be reviewed and posted.

Reconciliations
Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations are essential for bookkeeping accuracy. We will do this for you monthly.

Monthly Close
Once we are sure your transactions are in, we will close your books monthly and proved a Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss report. This assures a consistent history.

Review Meeting
We will meet with you via video call (Zoom/Teams/Meet) to review the numbers, translate the data into actionable insights, and ensure you know exactly where your business stands.

Cloud Accounting Platform (QuickBooks Online)
Because we operate entirely in the cloud, we will need you to have a QuickBooks Online account securely connected to our Intuit Accountant Suite. If you aren’t set up yet, or need to migrate from desktop software, we can handle the setup for you.

Secure Bank Connections
To ensure real-time accuracy and eliminate manual data entry, we will need your QuickBooks account connected directly to your bank and credit card feeds. We can guide you through this secure setup process.

Digital Receipt Capture
No more shoeboxes full of paper! We utilize cloud-based tools so you can simply snap a photo of a receipt on your phone or forward it to our secure system. This paperless process makes matching transactions and accountability effortless.

Digital Invoices and Bills
To keep your Accounts Receivable and Payable perfectly current, simply forward email invoices or upload digital copies of vendor bills to our secure client portal. No physical mailing or handoffs are ever required.

Read-Only Bank Access or PDF Statements
Keeping your accounts reconciled is the foundation of accurate accounting. To save you the hassle of downloading and sending statements each month, we recommend granting us secure, read-only “Accountant Access” to your banking portals. Alternatively, you can simply upload PDF statements to our secure portal each month.

As your remote financial partner, open communication is vital. We are always just an email, phone call, or Zoom meeting away. Keep us informed of significant changes in your company, and we will ensure your financials accurately reflect your current operations.
